The TechTiger Mission- Our mission is to raise awareness of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) as viable career paths for women within Mercy and for children through our team's outreach program. We strive to inspire curiosity, foster leadership skills and promote confidence by developing technical and professional skills through hands-on, mentor-based learning. 

The FIRST Mission- Is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering and technology skills, that inspire innovation, and that foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership.
